Farm Fresh to You

The Farm Fresh to You Store provides Bay Area customers with Capay Organic farm's quality seasonal organic produce - harvested fresh from the farm in the Capay Valley and shipped directly to the Ferry Building. To insure that store customers always have the best selection of local organic produce Farm Fresh to You purchases from other local organic growers and is always developing relationships with Northern California farms and companies. While shoppers can always find seasonal, local organic produce, the store also carries some non-seasonal produce and herbs. Farm Fresh To You Store also includes an extensive gourmet grocery selection including organic milk and eggs, a local olive bar, local and organic wines, organic beer, an extensive jam and preserve selection, fine oils and vinegars, cured meats, gourmet ice creams, cookbooks, sustainable floral bouquets and wreaths, imported pastas, and fine candies. Lunch items include fresh seasonal salads and sandwiches, and fresh squeezed juice from the store's juice bar. The Farm Fresh To You Store is owned by a second generation organic farming family. In 1976, Kathleen Barsotti and Martin Barnes founded the first twenty acres of Capay Organic. At that time the farm was one of the first to embrace the emerging organic foods movement. Today, the business is owned and operated by Kathy and Martin's sons and includes the successful CSA "Farm Fresh To You".
